In the middle of selling a house, we needed to have our well serviced. After asking family and friends, Petersen Well was recommended. I'm so glad they were! We were on a time crunch and Chris was able to work us into his already busy schedule. He quickly and professionally helped me out and gave me thorough instructions with what I needed to do after he left. Everything worked out and it was one less thing we needed to think about during a very stressful time. I'm grateful for Chris and highly recommend this business!

We woke up this morning at 6 AM with no water, they were able to service our house by the same afternoon and get the water working within 30 minutes of being there. Peterson’s Well Drilling is top shelf. We were urgently in need of a replacement submersible pump for our resort, and after consultation with Chris he was able to shuffle his schedule and plan a day and time that was ideal for us to minimize disruption of service smack dab in the middle of our season. The day of the install Chris was able to diagnose our setup, identified an extremely rare and unique infrastructural design and replace the pump, start to finish in 4 hours. Remarkably we experienced zero impact to our guests water supply during this activity. Throughout the install Chris was patient, willing to listen, educate, and collaborate on decisions. If I could give them zero stars, I would. We have been lied to, charged excessive amounts of money, and still have no resolution. This company sent a rep to our house who proceeded to talk for 45 minutes about how other customers have bigger issues, which we had to pay to hear about. The “new” pump continues to cause issues after 2 years of being told “it’s brand new and works fine”. We will happily be seeking service elsewhere in the future and suggest others do the same.
