Our well pump went on a Saturday and Travis came and fixed everything Sunday. Amazing knowledgeable service. You can see how much care is put into the work and our setup was clearly done with love. Highly recommend!

I've had the worst luck in Home repairs lately but luckily I've had the best repairman ever! First my well-trol went out and then not a month later the motor in my well died. My plumber ( Bolduc Plumbing ) told me to call Petersham Pump and he was right! On a Friday morning I called, he trouble shooted and it was the pump. I thought I would be without water till Monday but Travis said he wouldn't leave anyone without water over the weekend and came out Saturday morning. By Saturday afternoon we had water again and he didn't charge extra for "emergency repair" on the weekend. I would refer Petersham Pump* in a heartbeat! Nicest guy ever. Kept the price on the low end that it could have costed and now has a faithful customer out of me!

I had no water on the weekend. I called Petersham Pump Co and Travis was here within the hour. He diagnosed and repaired the issue and had water running again that same morning. Professional and friendly service! Highly recommended and now a loyal customer.

I had contacted two different well companies before Travis. Unlike the two other companies Travis came out the same day and spent 3 hours at my house looking at my current well system and going over options. We came to the conclusion that a new artesian well was the best option for my house. It was a big undertaking but Travis always answered all my calls and questions.He guided me through every step of the process and the final results are phenomenal water quality and pressure. I couldn't be happier with the new well and it was a pleasure working with Travis. All around great guy, super amicable and personable!
