Peterson Plumbing Supply

Trucker review, got me in and out pretty fast, dock guys were friendly enough. They do have a lot of equipment in the way making it hard to set up on your dock. As always go slow and take your time. I was pleasantly surprised their dock was set up for drop decks

The service here was not friendly at all. I asked for assistance multiple times only to be told "I'll get to you in a minute" only to be ignored minutes later by the same person that told me they'd be with me. I finally left in frustration and went over to Charlot Plumbing Supply to see if I could get what I needed there. I could not but they told me to go over to Peterson. I told them about my bad experience and two of four employees both chimed in and said they did not like sending people over to Peterson's because of the unfriendly service. They told me to check out M One Specialities and they were great. I will not be going back to Peterson any time soon.

Absolutely loved my experience. They had the pipe fittings that no body else had. I was full expecting to be gouged on price because I wanted my unique parts now. Quite the opposite the prices were great and the service was 5 star. I had a few questions my sales man was not sure of the answer but knew who to ask and gave me answers. I am now shopping here first.

My family has been long term customers of Petersons , from Ceder city to ogden. We value them and their great customer service. I normally would have absolutely no complaints about them nor have I ever but the last couple times ive been there ive witnessed one employee by the name of mike who lacks in the feilds of professionalism and customer service. He is very short , kinda rude and is always trying to pass his customers on to other people making them feel less important . Ive noticed he treats other emplyees the same way. My family and I have never come across someone so arrogant in the 10 + weve been using petersons

Constantly giving me the wrong material, whether it be the wrong size or wrong quantity. I know human error is a thing, but great western doesn't mess up this consistently. Ferguson doesn't need me to dump the contents of the order they just got me on the so I can make sure everything is there and its all the right sizes, Incredibly frustrating sourcing parts through this place.
