I had a broken Moen faucet, and went to Lowes to find parts. Pete overheard me telling the Lowes clerk about the issue I was having and he informed me that Moen would send me the replacement parts for free within about a week if I could wait. I had a plumber coming out that day, so Pete helped me to buy the proper parts I would need. The plumber came out and basically confirmed everything Pete said but told me I would have the part within a day or two and rescheduled for the appointment. I called Meon but it did take about a week not two days (I had to shut the water off for the whole house during this time). Pete did a great job installing a garage door opener for me. He arrived early, and did the work like it was his own property.

Pete is my landlord’s repairman; I have used him for minor (front door peephole) & major (downstairs flooding from upstairs toilet) repairs. He is prompt, on time, courteous, & knows a lot of helpers from carpet to ceiling sheet rock. I recommend him & would use him for repairs on my own home!!!
