Petralia saved my property by installing a very challenging retaining wall behind our garage. With all the flooding rains, the back of our property was eroding fast. We desperately needed a retaining wall so I reached out to Daniel, the owner, to come over for a quote. The price was reasonable so I gave the go ahead. Weather pushed the start date back a bit but he kept in touch and updated me via text. When he started, I was blown away with how hard his team worked to dig the trench through hard clay soil and in tight spots (the white fence is the property line). The entire job had to be done by hand. They cut through roots and it was fun to see the team run the drainage system and get the wall up quickly. Dan & his team, brilliantly executed turning our “sheet rocked fireplace” into a desired brick-faced fireplace, that a Tudor house would typically have. They also went the extra mile to strip down the painted mantle and get it back to the original dark oak. Dan spent time exploring bricks and appropriate mortar, to ensure the finished project was in keeping with the style of the house!
