Petree Farms Demolition and Excavation LLC

I wish every contractor was like Josh...he answers his phone, returns calls/messages, shows up on time and gets work done in a timely fashion. We hired Petree for a pool demolition and they did a fantastic job. Josh took great care to not remove existing concrete and damage surrounding areas and was in and out in two days. A+++.....highly recommend.

Josh was great through this whole project. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. He finished the demo and cleanup of our garage (a semi sized garage) in two days! He went above and beyond for us and we are very grateful. Here are before and after photos. Thank you so much Josh!

We moved into a new house that had a 1000sqft concrete slab on the property. Josh was quick to respond to my inquiry. I cannot speak highly enough of his communication. He kept us informed from the very beginning. Josh expected the job to take a day and a half, but once they got started, the guys had removed the slab in less than a day. (At the time we scheduled the job, we didn’t plan on using them for dirt) After their quick work and amazing communication- we asked for a quote on dirt, and grading. Happy with the quote we decided to schedule the job. They brought 3 loads of dirt to fill and grade and 1/2 load of gravel for my driveway- they had this done in less than a day also. Josh has done a great job on this project from the very first day I called for an estimate. He returned my call quickly and came in person to view the site. Once the work began, he was relentless in getting the debris removed and the site filled with soil before the rains came to make a potentially muddy mess. His right-hand man, Connor did an amazing job behind the controls of the machines. Pride in workmanship speaks volumes in an area that is open and seen by the public. These guys will be very busy in the near future.

Driveway needed redone. Texted these guys there were her the next day gave me a quote and told when they could start. Started a day earlier. Very good job and I have a great driveway again.
