Great experience. Our technician Paul arrived at our home on time and with a smile. Very courteous, knowledgeable and patient with his detailed explanation of what he was going to do and why. Paul's work was neat and clean. He also cleaned up around the areas where he worked. When he left it looked like he was never even there. Petrillo's Plumbing is a terrific company with excellent service. I Highly recommend them.

Five Stars are not enough to say how good this company is, I had a problem with the Kitchen sink on a Sunday morning and I thought: Oh Boy there we go, Why? Why today? Why Sunday? Anyways, long story short I looked online for the best rating list of plumbing companies and they were all closed, with exception of Petrillo's. Due to the company's high ratings I decided to give a call which I do not regret at all! Paul took my call and all the necessary information. He showed up in my house quickly, explaining in advance all the details of the work that he was about to do. I felt very comfortable and knowing that I was in good hands. Paul from Petrillo's Plumbing was so helpful fixing my broken handle as well as change my old leaking moen cartridge on my shower handle. I am extremely handy but could get this fixed Paul came over quickly and did a fantastic job at a very fair price.
