Recently needed service from Petro. The technician that came was extremely friendly and helpful. Even took the time to explain to me how the burner should work and what signs to look for that could be a problem. Very pleased with the service. All techs have been friendly and professional.

This company and the service they provide is 10/10. All of the customer service reps are great; however, I have to give special attention to Amy and Maria. Amy went out her way to make sure my oil delivery (my tank was very low) was delivered. She make a call that she didn't have to make to tell me that in fact the delivery was set for the appointed day! Amazing service! Please give Amy and Maria a raise/promotion for their outstanding service to your company! Keep up the good work!

Petro Oil is one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. In less than ONE MONTH as a customer, they delivered oil THREE times and charged outrageously high prices. Over $3000 in less than a month! They try to upsell unnecessary services and use scare tactics, saying it will “cost more” if they have to come back. Completely unprofessional. Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful, and the technicians are always late with zero respect for your time. Overpriced, pushy, and poorly managed. Do yourself a favor and go with another company. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would, and don't pay attention to the BS responses after the review from them, they will do nothing for you.
