Petro has been great for the 9 years we have had them. Customer service is always easy to deal with- they answer the phone quickly- and get a tech out shortly after if needed. Oil tank is always supplied and never comes close to running out of heating oil with the contract. They seem to treat their service/oil contract customers very well which is important to me.

Technicians were very helpful and considerate of our situation. We ran out of heat, had another company come out but they discovered our oil gauge was faulty and we had no oil. Petro came out, filled the oil tank and hooked everything back up that the other company left. After they left we discovered a leak and they came back out to take care of that. Both technicians who came out were very knowledgeable and the people who made the appointments were also kind and knowledgeable asking questions to try to troubleshoot over the phone.

We recently had both a new oil tank and a water heater installed by Petro and they did an excellent job. The team was professional, communicated effectively, did great work, and followed uo afterwards to ensure everything was working well. I would recommend them to anyone for HVAC related work.

Beware of this company. When you're a new customer, they give you a free $125 credit, but they never tell you that's only if you stay a customer for more than a year. When they provide service, they come back to your house a month later without you calling them to provide more service, and they never tell you they have to do that. Very bad service.

The experience with Petro Norwalk is really good. My heating did not work. They were able to stop by next day. The best part is that they carried necessary parts and were able to fix the issue for about 1 hour. Definitely five stars!
