I have been a customer for a few years. Last summer my AC quit working. This year during my annual oil burner cleaning the technician told me my 30 year old furnace was nearing the end. I never liked having oil and thought now is the time. I had one of their sales team give me an quote on a propane conversion with new a new HVAC system. The price was right in the ball park. First their propane tech came out for a survey. One the first day of the installation the HVAC tech did a lot of preliminary work so I would not be without heat overnight. The next day, the propane tech did his thing, he installed the tanks and ran the new line. At the same time the HVAC did his thing, he removed the old HVAC and installed the new unit. I recently had services by Petro and I must say every time I’ve needed them they’ve went above and beyond. Jose P was my tech and he was knowledgeable, polite and took his time to explain how the system works. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to meet him every company needs a Jose who cares and values the customer’s concerns.

Outstanding customer service. As a new customer I needed a new tank and safety check. Jose spent a great deal of time setting me up…very professional and knowledgeable! Lauren in customer service was also very helpful in scheduling my installation. Very happy!

I would give 0 Stars if I could. This company cares about one thing and one thing only. Making a profit off of their customers. I was charged over $1.50 per gallon of oil than their competitors during an automatic delivery. A delivery that occured after they had a representative inspect my boiler and come to the conclusion that it would need to be fully replaced for the price of $12,000. After I paused the automatic deliveries I was then called twice before the month had even finished about putting my account back on automatic delivery. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
