Bruce Mathew came to give me an estimate on replacing a steam boiler unit. He sent me upstairs to count the radiator; in meantime he was still in the basement while I was upstairs when he should have been behind me, instead he was still in the basement I asked why he still in basement, He stated he was measuring the length of the basement. Once he was done, I locked my basement never went back down there. Until Today I go into the basement only to noticed that Bruce, disconnects and disassemble the heater by pulling all the wires and other parts from the boiler without my knowledge. I had no idea until I went into my basement to turn on the heater to find outs he disassembled the unit. I have before and after picture. Petro Home Services is really great. They provide great service and ensure the you are taken care of. I recently remodeled my kitchen and wanted to have propane cooking stove. After researching and talking with multiple places I decided to go with Petro. They offered the best rate and free tank. They also installed new connection line from my kitchen to the tank as well. Jose was the technician, and let me tell you this guy will go above and beyond to ensure everything gets done correctly and there are no problems. Once the installation was completed during leak test it was notice that gas was leaking from somewhere in the range. Since this was a new range from Samsung I had to reach out to them to get it checked out by them or get a new once. This was all couple days before I was going on
