After 33 years as Petro customers, my parents ended their relationship with the company following a dispute over a heating oil tank replacement. Petro’s quoted price for the new tank was approximately $7,000 higher than comparable companies, so my parents chose to have the tank installed by another licensed provider. This was a very hard decision for them as they are typically faithful to company’s that they use for any of their needs. But, with my dad’s failing health they thought it was best to save $7,000 and use another company for the tank. The tank was properly installed and subsequently inspected and approved by both the town and the fire department. Despite these approvals, Petro has refused to accept the inspections and is demanding $700 to bring the tank up to its own standar

Rego Electric helped with the wiring on our new pool installation. They were professional, on time and transparent with what needed to be done. They stand by their work and respond to any issues promptly. I highly recommend using them. Terrible company. I've been with them less than a year on automatic delivery. So, I ran out of oil. I called. Had to wait till the middle of the night for a service tech. He put in 10 gallons. Said he would arrange for a delivery. Never did. Two weeks later. I have run out again (burned up the small amount he put in when he came). Delivery never came. Now I am missing work because I need to wait for them to come back and prime my boiler again. I've been waiting 18 hours. No guarantee when they'll be here. They already missed the time window they promised. Trying to get a Trying to get answers from Customer Service is like talking to robots. Save yourself. Don't join this company.

This company isn’t reliable at all we are without heat on the coldest day of Winter. All they kept saying is there are many emergencies. Also I always get my oil deliver in December of each year. Well, Petro put me down for January. When I stated that the woman lied and stated I would get my oil in three days. Just terrible and over priced

Your company is trying to charge me a $500 early termination fee. I will never in this lifetime. Pay your company $500 for this early termination fee. No one ever told me about this ever and I made it clear to the gentleman that I spoke to over the phone to stop my service and he said it was fine. He did not tell me about an early termination fee and the oil man who delivered some oil to my oil tank, gave me a bill for only 200 and something dollars, sure I’ll pay that but that’s all I’m paying nothing else!!! The last gentleman I spoke to was very belligerent. I never signed a contract with you people and there were never any rules or switching to another Oil company.
