Petro does a great job with always being on time with my oil deliveries and letting me know they are coming so I can get my dog in the house. My plan allows for an annual tune-up/oil burner check and the technicians are always knowledgeable and kind and proactively take care of anything that could cause a problem down the road. I highly recommend them.

$1100 for 200 gallons. If you get deliveries without contact (variable rate depending on the price that day) that's just writing them a blank check to charge what ever they like. They charged me $5.32 when everone else was charging $3.60. They don't tell you when they're delivering or how much they are charging. They offer free annual maintenance that never covers the parts you need another couple hundred.. And beware the con man chimney company that they set you up with tries to scares you into new liner that day. He said he'll give me a deal because I'm with petro for $2300 for a new liner I found a more honest company for $1200.

Because of my poor decision making, the pipes froze in my house. Petro techs Sean (883) and Vinnie (808) came and spent their afternoon determined to not let my young daughters spend the night without heat in freezing temperatures. They worked hard without complaint and even when we told them it was okay to quit and leave they continued tirelessly. They were able to unfreeze the pipes and we couldn’t be more grateful. If I could personally reach out to their boss to commend their professionalism, request for them to receive any extra bonuses and thank them, I would. The kind of employees all companies should strive for! A+, 10/10, 5 stars!

I have been a loyal customer for years. After a recent delivery, my husband was questioning why it was so much so he called a local company asking how much for 200 gallons. They gave us a quote of $2.90 cash or 3.09 credit. Petro charged me, their loyal customer for almost 2 decades, $5 a gallon. I paid $939 when i could have paid $590. When I called, they thought i was stupid and said Petro customers pay more because they let us ddo contracts….. you don’t do that for everyone , the. It was because of their service contract (which is only less than $200…and what a stupid answer. THIEVES….I wish i looked sooner since i was paying $900 almost every 3-4 weeks. Shame on them for robbing us blind. To other “loyal”customers, check your bills!!!

Honestly just wanted to post a good review because they made sure we got a delivery before the big two storms this year. Thanks. Usually good on the phone/website too.
