The whole street was cleared for these guys yet they decided LAST MINUTE to not come. The city should end their contract with this company.

Our building was completely barricaded in due to slurry pavement work, and no prior notice was provided to tenants/building. As a result, residents were unable to access or exit their driveways without warning. When I went to a building across the street, I was able to locate a posted notice. However, when I called number on notice, Jessie claimed that notices had been distributed to all surrounding buildings. This is simply not accurate. At least four buildings on our street—including ours—never received any notice, and available footage does not show any attempt to post notifications on the day they claimed.
