Wow. This is almost unbelievable. I've been trying to get heating oil delivered for three and a half weeks. PSI rarely answers the phone, does not return messages, and the one time the lady did answer the phone, she was sick, and said she would forward my information to someone else and they would get right back with me to schedule delivery. Nobody ever called, and nobody returns messages. I've tried to be really patient because you never know how awfully sick people are and if multiple people in a company got it (and she sounded horrible and I hope she is feeling better by now) but during all this time, we've had temperatures as low as 13 degrees, and if something's going on that they are unable or unwilling to deliver heating oil, they really should leave an outgoing message that they

This company has exceptional customer service. Each and every time I have called them for fuel, they respond and have never let us down. A good company that you can count on.
