For me, it begins with the office - the staff is fantastic. Now for the techs - they were super - very efficient, professional, explained what they were doing, answered all my questions, and just kind, nice, enjoyable to be around. Petrucci Heating does wonderful work

I want to thank Petrucci Heating, Cooling and refrigerating for fixing my floor heating system. I have had other companies attempt to fix this system with significant cost but no success. Petrucci sent individuals out, you know who you are, and they found the lines to be blocked, no zone valves for the upstairs and downstairs zones, circulation pump not working and installed upside down and suggested installing a gauge to monitor temperature and pressure for future monitoring. The individuals sent were very well qualified and quickly completed the work to get this system working. I should add that it had not been working for several years. It works well now. I wholeheartedly recommend Petrucci for any work. I know that they are my go to organization.

I highly recommend Petrucci Heating, Cooling &Refrigeration. Our furnace is 28 years old. We know it won't last much longer but we would like to wait a year or two before replacing. Parts are no longer being made for this particular unit. Nick from Petrucci spent several weeks checking everywhere. We were given up dates which was nice. We knew they were trying and didn't forget us. Nick was able to take our part and repair it and they didn't charge us . They have a very professional and knowledgeable staff. When we eventually have to replace the furnace we will definitely be calling them!

This company sent someone out to fix our commodes, unplug one and give us an estimate on a new replacement commode. The service was done in a timely manner by a technician named Jeffrey.

Excellent service fast response time. Technician Bradley was professional and answered all questions and concerns. I will definitely call for any future service.
