Petty's Irrigation & Landscape

Petty's installed a drainage control at my home. Though not cheap, they were more conservative and better priced than other companies. Best of all the drainage controll works! I no longer have a lake in my yard each time it rains in Chandler.

We hired Petty's to update our French Drains, replace a poorly installed sump pump, and add New Drains for our gutters in Front and Back Yards. Tracy Smith came to our Home, listened to what work I had already done, what else I wanted to do, and looked over the system before telling me what he could offer. I agreed with his assessment and asked that he give us a bid for the work. I had already purchased a lot of parts during COVID to do many of the improvements I felt needed to be done and asked if they could use my parts to complete their work. Tracy told me they would use only the drain pipe and any of the assorted elbows and other parts I had that were needed to complete the work, but none of the French Drain style pipes with factory holes in them. Can’t say enough good things about Pettys Plus. I had a stone flowerbed border and stone steps put in. Tracy and his crew were great. The attention to detail was outstanding!!!!

Tracy Smith is an awesome person Petty's is blessed to have him. He works side by side with you to make sure your satisfied. The crews are very curious and know what needs to be done.. FYI they clean up after themselves...Thank you Tracy and crew well done.

Did an excellent job repairing sprinkler in ground at my house to keep yard green and pretty. Very courteous and less expensive than I had counted on.
