Very happy with my service from Black Widow Pest Specialists. We had made an appointment for them to come out. The morning of my appt, one of their tech’s called out sick and I could not rearrange my schedule to accommodate a rescheduled appt. Black Widow Pest Specialists re-arranged their schedule to accommodate me and my needs. They came out and were able to keep the same appt. Very happy with my service! The people who answer the phone and the tech Nate who ended up coming out was very friendly & knowledgeable. I’m glad I went with these guys!

Great company and service! They have been very responsive to several calls and incredibly helpful with whatever problems we've had. Joe has been treating our house for around a year now and he's very knowledgeable and professional. Customer service is top notch and they're always willing to help out. I had Mike out here today and let me tell you, he’s a great guy to work with. Definitely knew what he was doing and talking about which is hard to find. First time having this company out and I was beyond happy. They kept me informed when they were coming and went over the products they use to take care of the problem. Blake and the entire widow team are excellent! They are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you with what ever pest issue you have. I have been using black widow pest specialists for 3 years now and they have helped us with tics, mosquitoes, ants and mice. They are very good with communicating on when they will be back to spray or refill the traps. Along with that, they are caring about your pets! Blake and his team will tell us when he is spraying the yard so we know to keep our dogs inside for about an hour after a spray treatment even though it is all organic. Everyone at Black Widow cares about not just your safety, but your entire family's safety pets included. They are awesome! I highly recommend Black Widow for any pest issue

Blake and his crew are amazing! I had an issue with a racoon living in my garage. Blake explained the steps he was going to take to help the racoon move on. He kept me informed of the progress everyday. He not only cares about his customers but also the animals too! Black Widow has gained a loyal customer in me!
