A "tech" came out to fix my dishwasher took him a month to contact me to schedule an appointment to install the parts. He came unprepared we had to let him use an old towel to put on the floor next to the dishwasher bcz he had left water in there from first time he came out. He left his empty boxes and old parts on top of the counter and the floor all wet. Didn't even bother to clean up after himself. He didn't even test it out to make sure it was working before he left. I have video of where the dishwasher is not working properly and water is coming out of it and is flooding my floor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. Thankfully I have a camera in the kitchen where I have evidence of his poor ethical work. I will be providing video and pics to my home warranty so they no longer use

Don’t waste your time with this horrible company. They have zero customer service and don’t care about you as a customer at all. Technician came out past scheduled window time with no communication. Didn’t hear the door at first but when we opened it, made direct eye contact with him but he choose to drive off instead. Office said this tech was the supervisor. Don’t give this place your business if you can help it

Daniel was a great technician! Quick service. He diagnosed the issue and ordered the parts and had them by the next day. He was quick to follow up and very communicative , would use again.

After being assigned to this company by my home warranty on 9/8, I finally heard from them a little over a week later and was scheduled a visit on 9/20. After the Technician came to diagnose the oven, he told us that he would have to order a part and we’d hear from them in a couple of days. After waiting a week, I called on 9/27 wondering where we were in the process and was told that they had to find the part and would get back to us. We were called back on 9/29 to schedule the repair on 10/3. When the technician arrived, we were told that the part he brought was broken and blamed his “parts guy” for the issue, and we would have to be re-scheduled for when they received a new part (again). At this point I didn’t want to wait any longer, and would rather just pay for the repair out of poc

Bad communication, unreliable, reschedules often. I am going on two months, and my freezer still isn't fixed. I've had to "micromanage" this entire process by following frequently on every step. Would not recommend this company if you're looking for someone professional or timely.
