I selected Pfeiffer Roofing to bid on cleaning our twenty year three tab original roof on our rental dwelling in SE Salem based upon my review of their website content, longevity in business, video, and research on roofing. I am a retired claim adjuster. After their free estimate for cleaning, with photos, I conferred with their estimator, Eric, whose additional input led me to request a replacement estimate which had Owens-Corning at three quality levels and Certainteed Weather Flex class four which I chose after meeting and viewing samples. I was delighted they were able to fit our house in a weather break in a few days and install the roof. All around great experience. From the office , the estimators and field crew. Office staff was a delight to work with and was always updating me , estimators were knowledgeable and upfront.
