PG Long - Bend

I've now worked with Josh & Ernie & the team over at PG Long on numerous commercial and residential flooring installs, everything from carpet to LVT. The team in the office and on-site is always a pleasure to work with, they are often times the low bidder, and their installations are always top-notch. We are excited for them to expand into carpet cleaning soon!

I have used PG Long on my last two homes. They did a great job re-stretching the carpet in my old house before I sold it as well as installing New Zealand wool carpet in my new house. Josh, Brent and the rest of the crew took great care of us and I would highly recommend them for any residential project and will definitely use them in the future.

I work in Property Management and have used PG Long for all of my flooring needs for the last 10 years. Every office from Springfield to Portland and now Bend is staffed by professionals who provide top-notch service. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

CS Construction has been working with PG Long since 2016 and have been awesome to work with. Josh and Jesslin at the Bend Branch are awesome to work with and are very friendly and come highly recommended for any Commercial and Residential Work.

I purchased materials from PG Long for a small job in my house. The materials were fine and worked well for the job. HOWEVER, when the job was finished I had a box of UNOPENED materials that I wanted to return, due to the expensive nature of the materials. The product is a product that they carry all of the time, and it is stored at their facility. They were unwilling to accept the return and help me with a refund. Now this box will sit in my garage and take up space. Their policy does not seem fair. So my advice to you, as the buyer is measured carefully and under order. You can always buy more.
