Thanks to PG Willey for responding so quickly to my service call. Heat was out this am and called. Has someone here in less than 30 min who fixed up our issue in short order. Highly recommend PG Willey for any heating/gas needs. I've been a customer for 15 yrs

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I have received as a PG Willey customer. This is my second winter dropping my propane tanks off for refill at PG Willey in Camden. During that time, I have often arrived during office hours to find no staff in the office with no notice of changed hours. I waited 4 weeks between requesting service for a faulty regulator this winter and receiving a return call; and i was never contacted after requesting new service (with repeated follow ups, for up to 6 weeks). Jake, Tyler, and the others at PG Willeys have been unresponsive, impolite, and unprofessional for the last 18 months, going out of their way to tell me they’d prefer I switch propane providers. It's not uncommon for me to be unaware that my oil tank is empty, until I turn up the heat and it's still cold. PJ Willey always delivers the same day, even though it's my own fault. In fact, I barely got off the phone today, before I heard the truck backing up. They also clean our boiler and deliver our propane on a schedule. Very happy with the customer service. And warm. :)

This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have worked with. When we first moved into our home last year, they delivered more propane than I authorized and charged my credit card for more than I authorized. They decided I needed more to "get through the winter." Now one year later, we have moved out of the house and the new occupants ordered propane. PG Willey charged my credit card for the delivery and we don't even live there. No authorization to charge my card, again. I called to get the charged credited back and the person at other end would not even let me speak. Just said " oh, that's not in your name". No kidding, then why did you charge my card? I would not recommend working with this company.
