Reached out to Phil and he immediately picked up the phone. We needed to have the foundation's sill repaired for about an 8 foot section. Phil came out and reviewed, he was prompt and answered all of our questions with no fuss. He consistently followed up with me in a timely manner, and I had no issues with timing. He was able to repair the foundation's sill within a few hours, and it looks better than ever. I had reviewed this project with three other engineers, and Phil was the most reliable, knowledgeable, and had the best cost out of them all.

Please be aware this contractor doesn't pay his Subcontractors, he moves from Subcontractor to subcontractor making a living out of it. save your self headaches and hire honest contractors.
