Jordan and Michael did our install and it went very smoothly, they were very kind and knowledgable. We had just moved and they were very patient with us finding what we needed and helping us download the right apps as well.

Every time I call for support I immediately get a person on the phone and a KNOWLEDGEABLE one. I needed to replace my ancient modem and router and set up a new one. The phone support was smooth, courteous and completed without a glitch in a very short space of time. My working life was in the DC/Virginia area and there I would have waited for days (if I was lucky) and definitely not with a local support person. I have been with PG Tel now for close to 17 years and have been very happy with their phone and internet service.

Ginger and her crew there are amazing. This is good ol' fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE... not a thousand prompts and A.I..just a warm, competent voice helping you resolve you question or issue.... and their internet service is fast and more reliable than any other I've ever experience... and I have been a customer for for over 8 years...well done PG Telco.

I don't know how the telephone co was able to hire such an amazing crew! I had a flat one morning on a day it was 28°F. An employee named Zack stopped to help. The rim was frozen to the hub. Zack worked on that diligently to no avail, he called for a tool from their shop and another guy showed up, then that guy called a guy, eventually the mechanic from their shop showed up with this portable heater and sets it next to the flat. In about 7 minutes it was thawed and Zack changed my tire. Each one of those guys asked me if I was okay. One guy let me wear his jacket. They were all amazing guys and that is why I will never choose a different company for the phone or the Internet.
