The Phase One team transformed our mostly wooded front yard, which was not inviting, into a masterpiece of terraced gardens with beautiful stone retaining walls overlooking an open lawn area. They were able to create what I was looking for but went well beyond what I could imagine. The front yard is now a retreat with beautiful plantings and includes a paver walkway from the garage. The walkway to our front door now descends into this magnificent garden area which we can enjoy from the small patio in the front, while still maintaining the privacy the former wooded area provided. They also transformed the space along the street on either side of the driveway into beautiful, mulched gardens that give the house the curb appeal it formerly lacked. It is absolutely perfect. We worked with Rick, Justin, and Jose from Phase One to build an iron fence, front gate, brick pillars, and lighting for our front yard, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The project went smoothly from start to finish, and the team delivered a finished product that looks fantastic. We especially appreciated their ability to creatively adjust the design to meet both our needs and our budget. Communication was excellent throughout the process—they set up a group chat to share updates, keep us informed on timelines, and let us know when materials were ordered or schedules changed. Phase One did our landscaping when we moved into our new house in 2006. We called upon them this summer to do a major landscaping project for us. Two of the people who worked on our house 19 years ago were still with the company. Everyone we dealt with on the current project was conscientious, professional, reliable and kind.
