We have purchased a mini split and new HVAC system in the past few years. We also have had them do service and repair work for us. They are very responsive and trustworthy. All points of contact have been excellent; sales, installers, service technicians. Highly recommend.

I love Phil Carpenter AC & Heating! I have a 1938 house and these guys have been with me for many years, first through a remodel and replacing all the attic ductwork, to installing two mini split units. They are fair, friendly, punctual and professional.

Really appreciate the technician coming out at 5 PM on Friday afternoon. Andrew spent a couple of hours diagnosing the problem. It was working when he left but it stopped working shortly after he left. I paid $308 but unfortunately my ac still does not work. It is still 92 degrees inside the house. Andrew was perplexed because he could not figure out why the limit switch faulted. He was hoping it would not fault again. Called and left a message with Phil Carpenter letting them know the AC was still not working.

We had Phil install a Mitsubishi mini split system with 4 heads in our home 8 months ago. While it was not cheap it is a excellent value. The work was first rate, clean and on time. This system lets us heat or cool just the rooms we are using. It is quiet and cheap to operate. We had one little problem a few days after installation when a frog got into the outside unit. His serviceman was here the same day and had it going in no time. Very happy with the install.
