Don’t hire him. Work was good but dealing with Phil was extremely difficult. Charged for things he said he wouldn’t, didn’t do things he said he would and charged for it anyway, double charged for many things, said the town hall sent him to the police station for a permit and charged me for all of his running around, of course the building inspector said that was ridiculous, could not read his hand writing in his estimate so he said what ever he wanted about what it said after the fact. Don’t hire him. Big disappointment!
