Love the workers, love the service! We're a little remote here on BHI, so when we had a problem with no heat during our recent 2/1 snow storm, we thought we were out of luck. Thankfully, there was a tech on island who stayed until we could resolve the problem enough to get through the rough weekend, and as soon as the storm passed, the necessary part was installed. My husband and I are truly grateful!! There was no charge because it was a repair to a previous fix.
Phillips is wonderful to work with. The office team is very responsive and quick to schedule service. Our tech Brian is incredibly friendly and has performed several services. He is very thorough explaining the source of the problem and recommended solutions.
Phillips Air Care responded so quickly to our problem and replaced our HVAC unit within days of contacting them. Incredible service--excellent communication, experienced and expert technicians. They exceeded our expectations!
