I can’t think of one thing they could have done better. Francisco was fantastic. Walked the outside of our home. Made suggestions. We said yes to most of them, but not all. Got a quote. Agreed. Communication up until the work was done was clear and consistent. Never wondered who was in charge or if we had been forgotten. Then the work week hit and the job was done in three days. The main work was to paint the gutters, window trim, siding, and facia boards. The crew was terrific and responsive. Asked about a couple of small items. Resolved a couple of minor issues. It was all done really well. I am totally pleased. I would hire them again and am happy to recommend Phillips Home Improvements to others.

This is the third time I’ve used Phillips Home Improvement, over the past 2 years. They just painted the entire inside of my house and did a fantastic job as always. This is an excellent company with great employees that offer exceptional customer service from sales, to scheduling, project management and the staff that does the work. I will use them again and I highly recommend them. A shout out to Tom in sales, Israel in project management and Daniel and his hardworking crew. I wish I knew the names of the other staff I’ve dealt with as they are awesome as well!

Phillips did a great job with my siding replacement and exterior painting project. The staff completed the work in an efficient and professional manner. Work was completed in the time planned and care was taken to prevent damage during painting phase. I would recommend Phillips for any siding and or painting projects.

I hired Phillips to replace a substantial amount of trim and siding along with painting and some new gutters. Daniel did a great job keeping me informed of the schedule. He addressed and corrected any issues I had quickly. I am very satisfied with the job they did and would recommend them to a friend.

My experience with my Project Consultant, Mark Owen, was excellent. My project will consist of some siding replacement, carpentry repairs, exterior painting, gutter cleaning + adding screens, caulking windows, and garage interior wall+ceiling repairs. Mark was detailed and patient in examining and explaining the work needed, and presenting options to fit my budget. In fact, from my first inquiry call to Phillips, communications with Tanya and with Fernanda (scheduler) have been professional and timely. I’m optimistic for a positive outcome.
