Professionalism. No other company was giving us the time of day due to being so busy right now in NWA... Had a company coming out that can-celled at the last minute due to an illness of some kind. Was calling down a list of masonry companies and finally got to Phillips. Amanda answered the phone and at least let me explain my situation without abruptly just telling me "it will be weeks before we could get there" like everyone else. She listened and made some calls and got one their guys coming our way within a few hours. She literally looked up on the map where her guys were and where my house was and caught one going from one job to another near by. You're crazy if you don't call these folks first. Next time this is my first call!
Dylan is a great guy and takes s lot of pride in his work.
