Scott Phillips and his team are very professional and polite, They came out today and replaced the air handler and installed my thermostat and did an amazing job. I would highly recommend Phillips Mechanical to anybody that needs AC work done. Came home from work the house very cold, and wife is happy Scott you and your team are the best

Scott came out to work on the A/C unit in a rental property I own. He was extremely responsive, courteous, and was able to remedy several other issues while taking care of the main problem. Since I don’t live near the property, he sent me multiple pictures and a video the issues with the A/C unit and of the work he performed. He worked into the night to make sure the unit was functioning properly, as evidenced by the last photo he sent. He did this work all for a good price. Not living locally means that I need to have a lot of trust in any contractor who goes to the home to perform work. I will definitely use Philips again, but hopefully I won’t have to any time soon.

Save yourself the headache and just call Philips mechanical, he’s been my HVAC guy for years and I won’t ever deviate. Not only is the service professional and timely but he’s also the fairest guy in the industry. Can’t recommend enough

I don't write reviews ever but the cooperation I received from Scott Phillips was outstanding. I live in Washington state and am military but own rental property in Raeford, NC. My rental management company retained Phillips Mechanical's services and an estimate was given. My rental company failed to convey all of the pricing that was explained to them and just sent me a huge bill. I had to fire them and figure the issues out with Scott. He was very understanding and explained all that he'd done (including emergency weekend servicing) and several service calls back out to my residence to ensure that my tenants had air during the hot summer months. Once we were in contact the issue was wrapped up with some compromise from both parties and he was nice enough to send me a new bill with pictur
