I had my basement floors and stairs replaced. We had used big box stores in the past but the level of knowledge, expertise and quality of products that Phil’s Carpets and Flooring go above and beyond! The guys did a wonderful job! Dee was very informative (and patient) with me while making selections. If you’re looking for quality and want to help support your community..I highly recommend these guys! I’ll be calling them again to do my upstairs flooring.

Phil’s Carpet did a great job at our rental cabin. Eddy helped me. He did the estimate and helped me select a product. They were easy to work with, great prices and cleaned up after the job. I had tile ripped off stairs and carpet added. Highly recommend this company!

Had a hardwood flooring job that took way too long to install should have taken 2/3 weeks and a kitchen and 3 bathrooms and a utility room in tile to be installed . There were many mistakes made in the tile and not a professional job installation. Phil's guys would come work a few hours and leave and then there was times they didnt come back for a week at a time and not call and let anyone know what was going on . Also he had 3 different sets of guys come and work on the hardwood . The hardwood was so bad it had to be completely redone and at that time we were over 6 months into this job . Hardwood floors were removed and reinstalled and promised they would be here till the job was done. Tile in kitchen was to be took up in half of the kitchen and redone because it was laid crooked . Phil’s carpet and flooring are top notch! They were fast, efficient, incredibly helpful. We weren’t in town for most of the project and they ensured we were communicating and informed every step of the way. They reassured us whenever we had questions or concerns and solved problems as they came up. You’re in good hands with them, highly recommend!

Highly recommend. Great to work with and made the process easy. Had some great recommendations for our bathroom as well. Great install and product. Very professional, would use again!
