We had Phil do a long-overdue property clean-up as we got ready to list and sell, and to keep things looking good during the listing period since we don't live nearby. He did a good, consistent job at a fair price, and was very active in communicating when work was done, or delayed by weather, or to ask if we were okay skipping a week because it didn't need to be mowed. We happily recommend him and his team!

Phil is super efficient and takes pride in his work! I hired him for the summer to take care of my lawn as I knew I wouldn’t have the time for the maintenance it required, and not only does it look better than it ever has but Phil is also incredibly reasonably priced. Highly recommend to everyone.
