Phil's Small Engine Repair

**UPDATE** A family member stopped by today and picked up the refund for the mower. So the issue has now finally thankfully been resolved. I am sorry I had to post a negative review but I'm glad the issue is finally resolved and all parties can both move on My elderly mother got a used push mower in the fall 2020. At the time, my 10 yr old noticed the inner front wheel didn't look right. The owner assured us that the mower was fine and any issues we'd find he'd take care of it.. Well we got it home and grass kept getting caught and clogging up in between wheel and inner cap. And then lock up front wheels up. So we immediately took it back he said again he'd take care of it. So 1 month passed, nothing.. 2 nothing. I've reached out to him several times and he gave reasons of Covid and parts

SCAM Do not give this guy any money! It's been 3 months and still has not fixed our trimmer. Always an excuse. "Part was back ordered" and a bunch of other excuses. Went to pick up our trimmer that we paid $250 for him to fix. His phone is disconnected and no longer lives at the business address. Some drama story from the lady that lives there. Our trimmer is supposedly locked up and she doesn't have the key to and he was escorted off the property by police at some point. So basically we're never seeing our $250 that Phil Ashbaudh scammed from us and SEVERAL others according to the woman we spoke to

Fraud he had our bush cutter for 2.5 months he kept telling us parts on back order he never even ordered them and spent the money don't take your equipment hear he scams everyone!!!!

I always had good experience with Phil. I paid for parts and I have been going to him for year's.

Gave this guy cash for parts over a week ago and he says he still don't have the parts and my zero turn cub cadet still isn't fixed!
