Excellent Asphalt Job - Highly Recommended PHOENIX ENGINEERING. We recently had an asphalt job done on one of our properties, and we are extremely pleased with the results. The contractor, Rick, who handled the project exhibited exceptional professionalism throughout the entire process. The quality of workmanship displayed in the asphalt job was outstanding. The edges are perfectly aligned, and the transitions between different sections of the pavement are seamless. We are confident that anyone seeking a reliable and skilled asphalt contractor will not be disappointed.

Excellent planning, execution, and post sales service. Phoenix Engineering AM INC performed a flawless seal coat job on the high traffic driveway at our preschool. Owner Rick Llanes arrived on time to do the site survey and took the time to thoroughly explain the prep work that need to be done and accurately described the drying / curing time for the sealant used. We had one job to do (shut off the automatic sprinklers) and we forgot to do it. After laying down a deep black seal coat, Rick and his crew left for the day and scheduled an inspection for the following morning. They arrived only to find out part of the job had been ruined by the sprinklers that came on during the night leaving huge blotches all over the driveway.
