We worked with Phoenix Home Services on a major full-home renovation, and overall we’re very pleased with both the process and the final result. The project included reinforcing and replacing all flooring, knocking out walls to open up the layout, a full kitchen gut and remodel, an electrical panel upgrade, recessed lighting throughout the home, and finishing previously unfinished basement rooms. Clint took my ideas and turned it into a beautiful and complete design. The team took care of everything from demolition, permitting, and providing an experienced non-contracted team doing all the work. I highly recommend Phoenix Home Services, Inc. for your home improvement projects and goals. They provided an exceptional product and service at my home that greatly improved our curb appeal. Contract was for a new and wider driveway, adding a concrete walkway with steps and retaining wall from the driveway to the back porch, adding stone to 3 separate flower beds and adding a concrete platform to the top of the basement stairway. We can now comfortably park two cars on the driveway and enjoy gardening in our new flower beds with beautiful Stonington stone. Phoenix Home Services just finished their fourth major project on our home. We now have a wonderful front porch that is a dramatic improvement in the house look. We are already enjoying sitting out front and watching the world go by and interacting with the neighbors. The team working on the porch were great to have around. They were all completely professional, polite and very energetic. Clint, Steve and Brian were the main points of contact and at least one of them was at our home every morning to check progress and help with on-the-fly changes and adjustments. The rest of the team seemed more like a family than a work crew. We were completely comfortable leaving the garage open for them when we had to be away from the house. Issues (minor) are addressed immediately, communication is always good and the time-line for the project is kept on schedule.
