Unprofessional and incompetent: Unfortunately, this company has been contracted to landscape my community. While reliable about mowing and edging, they fall far short in the treatment of lawn problems. My yard is plagued by mole damage. Months ago, I was reassured this would be treated. They sprinkled a treatment for a few minutes which proved ineffective. My repeated calls and texts to Matt, the manager, regarding the continuing presence of mole tunnels have been ignored. My numerous pleas to Joanne, his assistant, are met with surliness. In the meantime, the damage from moles to my yard is expanding at an alarming rate. Here are examples of Phoenix Landscaping. While driving behind one of their trailers, their driver threw out a coke bottle with the cap on it. He was going 75 miles per hour. It bounced off my car several times causing damage to it. Shawn, the manager called me back grilling me about what color the trailer was! He insisted I couldn't prove there was any damage done. I invited him to take a look but no answer. I am so glad our HOA fired this company as people were complaining all the time about the landscaping job they did.
