Jay built a home office and a gym for me. It was such a pleasure to deal with Jay and his team. Always on time and very professional. I got my floor tiled, walls painted, ceiling all redone with recessed lights, new doors, and a new electrical circuit. I am very much pleased with all the work. I needed this home office done fast and on a very short notice in order to start my new work from home during the pandemic. Jay went above and beyond to finish everything on time. I couldn't be happier.

Jair is efficient, competent and great to work with. He is reliable and courteous and neat and clean. He always gets back to you. He power washed our deck and it looks great. Also did some other repairs. I highly recommend him!

Jair is a wonderful person to work with. His workmanship is top quality. He and his team removed old insulation that had deteriorated in my attic and replaced it with updated , energy efficient materials. All work is done on time and Jair is very reliable. I highly recommend him.

We, and several neighbors, have benefited from the work Phoenix Services has performed in our homes—indoor and outdoor—for several years. There is nothing they cannot do. AND THEY DO EVERYTHING WELL. Roofing, plumbing, carpentry, sheetrocking, electrical, appliance repair—you name it, he does it. When done, cleanup is perfect. Jair (Jay) is responsive, available, and capable. He is always cheerful and a good communicator—WHAT HE SAYS IS WHAT HE DOES. Jair does not ask to be paid until you are completely satisfied with all of the work performed. Highly recommend.
