Worst experience using thumbtack so far. After a few back and forth messages when I told them my problem they assured me they could help me out. One of my showers does not produce as much as hot water as the other. They get here and say it’s the hot water heater heater and the one I have is too small for the size of my house. I told them I wasn’t sure if that would solve my problem or not. They assure me that’s the cause of my problem. They leave and pick out a new hot water heater and give me the specs and tell me how it’s more powerful than the one I have and that they won’t have to upgrade any electrical or plumbing. I’m still not sure if I want to try it out because I expressed to them several times that I don’t want to change and my problem is not solved. They finally convince me it
