Very professional and friendly. Their stera-mist treatment prevented my kids from getting sick during flu season. It truly is the best treatment for anything out there. Will definitely do it again and recommend it to anyone.

Very professional and friendly! Answered any questions we had and explained the entire process!! The Stera Mist was an awesome add on option and have you piece and mind about getting rid of any germs in your house!

They were prompt however they left a dehumidifier running over a weekend which filled a bucket and leaked all over the carpet they were supposed to be treating. Haven't got my final bill but ill bet it'll be higher than the quote.

Our basement flooded, major water damage. Pheonix Restoration worked with our Insurance and did a wonderful job getting us back to normal.

Don’t call unless you want to be taken advantage of. Kept coming and going for 2 days on a job that should had only taken a couple of hours. Unnecessary work was done.
