It was a pleasure to meet and work with Avery and Joe in getting new shingles and decking on my mother's roof. Avery was very polite, kind, and extremely patient with me and my mom in helping us choose shingles. He did a great job working with the insurance company to get the roof inspected and the claim approved. Joe was onsite to ensure that the roofers had what they needed and the job was getting done right! They did everything in their power to stay within the estimated cost when it was discovered, due to age and condition, that all new decking needed to be installed. We had a fantastic experience with the company. They kept us well informed during the entire process. The workers showed up right at 6am & quickly got to work. They were finished around 3pm that afternoon. We will recommend them to our friends & family and would do business with them again.

I preface this review with saying that I’m old and cranky and hate to be inconvenienced. After several companies coming by and their slick pitches to get our business, along comes Avery with phoenix. He explained what they do and how they do it with knowledge and experience .He walked us through every step of the process with insurance, which normally would mean me on the phone forever and needing a shot of whiskey. Avery took care of it all. When the materials were delivered Avery and Joe came by to make sure everything was correct and ready to go. On the day of the installation everyone was here at 6:30. In the AM! Didn’t like that because I’m lazy and like to sleep. Anyway. The crew geared up and started before 7:00. Talk about hard work. These guys weren’t playing around. Ch
