I thought Giovanni and his team were very professional. They arrived promptly today at 6:30am and were finished before 11:00am. Wow! I’ve seen other roofing jobs take two days or more. We appreciated his diligence in helping us through the contract and patience while dealing with a week of rain. He is very personable and easy to deal with. He was always very responsive and courteous throughout the process. He even checked in on his team this morning to monitor their progress. The guys over at Phoenix Roofing exceeded all of my expectations, in terms of quality and professionalism, They were honest and did everything that they said they would and more. I was very happy with the sales rep Brian he was very polite, professional and charismatic and made sure everything that was expected to be done for my roof was taken care of and helped answer all my questions throughout the process. I couldn’t be happier with the workers they were very careful and mindful not to damage anything around the perimeter of the house and took special care to make sure the roof came out perfect. Giovanni and his team did an incredible job! After our home sustained hail damage this summer, we called Phoenix Roofing for an estimate. They were prompt, professional, and were willing to work directly with our insurance company. Our roof was replaced within 3 weeks of signing a contract. (Some other companies had 3 month waiting lists.) It transformed the look of our 1939 cape cod home. We also had gutters replaced and new window capping installed. Everything looks so new and clean. Each of his crews were very professional and cleaned up well after each job. We would highly recommend this company for all your roofing, gutter, and window needs.

Jimmy, Josue and their team demonstrated the utmost professionalism and top-notch service. Everything was explained to us in detail before we made any decisions. Their quality of work is exceptional, and they paid attention to every detail. We were having water issues on an exterior brick wall that we had sided along with the rest of the property. High quality materials were used such as Mastic siding. Gutters, gutter guards, shutters and all new capping wrapped it up. We couldn't be happier with the finished product!
