Phonoscope Fiber

Ive had this company for about 4 years now. During the first year the internent had low signal would go in and out at all times. Unfortunatly this was the only company that could service my apartments. Their equiment is not upto par, you will need to get some sort of wifi extender. Most likely you'll have to try the router and wifi extender in different areas to get stable signal. If you want TV's you'll also have to try different areas. After figuiring that out, signal has been stable. I do like their affordable prices. I dont blame Phonoscope, I blame my apartments as they do not allow other companies because new wiring has to be done (to get better signal), since its an old complex(and they are being cheap).

Phonoscope is by far the worst internet company I’ve ever had. Their technical support is terrible and customer service is almost non-existent: you send an email and they reply weeks later. The signal is pathetic, constantly dropping, and they never provide a real solution. Over a year ago I requested an update to improve the service and they never did anything. Now, after 4 years of paying on time, they want to charge me an abusive ‘early termination fee’ based on a contract I never renewed. They are irresponsible, abusive, and only take advantage of their customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst internet service ever!! Every time I call for help they excuse on the router because their modem comes without router. The issues are: 1. Their service is weak 2. Everyday around 5pm and in the morning the service goes down. Probably can't handle more connections. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I wish there is a negative star I can give. Technicians over the phone know nothing but acts like they are the experts. Their maximum technical skill is to tell you to turn the modem off and on. Someone has to tell them they might be speaking to real Engineer. Sucks!!

Would not recommend. Phonoscope does not offer the ability to reference them as your cable provider when asked to view your cable stations or apps remotely or from a laptop or from a different address like all the other cable providers do. If this is important to you, don't sign up for Phonoscope.

Been a business customer with a dedicated line for over 5 years. During this past hurricane season we only lost internet during beryl for 8 minutes. So our church hosted those who needed internet and power for that week. We’ve had other blips. But according to our router our current SLA is 99.99998 Not too bad!
