PI Kitchen and Bath Shop

My husband and me are happy with our kitchen remodel by PI Kitchen & Bath(PKB), and I want to start by giving a special shout-out to Cansu (Fairfax Store Manager & Designer). To be honest, communication became quite stressful for us after the initial signing, but once Cansu stepped in to coordinate, everything changed. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and clarity about next steps were exactly what we needed. She truly made the entire process smoother and allowed us to finally breathe a sigh of relief. I was bit hesitant to get my kitchen done with these fogs but they prove me wrong. They were way above & beyond in everything. From service to product quality. They did the best job We can expect from a professional team. I must admit and personal thanks to Matt & Fateh exclusively and all of the team members of Kitchen & Bath. They were on top of all the renovation issues. The management was very supportive & team work was exceling. I would also like to include Bryan's name who the head of the project. Great company/contractor to get a complete kitchen and bath remodeling; The planning and consultation was easy; The staff is understanding and courteous; They delivered a new kitchen and a new half bath on time as agreed up on in the contract. Their cost is reasonable and below average of local shops but without compromising the quality of work and craftsmanship. Would certainly recommend them to friends and family for any remodeling jobs. Brian is exceptionally easy to work with. He listened intently to what I envisioned and created a design and picked materials that brought the vision to life. He also explained the remodeling steps thoroughly and instilled confidence in the process. Exceptional designer.

We are ecstatic with our new bathroom. Kitchen and Bath Shop was incredible to work with from our first meeting to completion. Our Designer, Lydia Karaca did incredible job and really studied our style. She also managed the unfathomable — finding things my husband and I could agree on. She also worked hard to match our budget and gave us plenty of options. She partnered with Ege Bulut, our Project Manager who made sure all aspects of the job from demo to final touches were done professionally.
