I was quoted $375/hour as an emergency rate and was told confidently over the phone that my leaking pipe would be taken care of that evening. At that price, I expected preparedness and for the issue to be taken care of. When the plumber arrived, he looked at the pipe briefly and said he didn’t have the required part and the supply store was already closed. No repair was started. They did not ask me to send any photos of the leaking pipe beforehand, which could have helped them come prepared. Despite this, I was asked to pay $300 for the visit. I was also told a receipt would be sent. Four days later, I still have not received one. Charging a premium emergency rate creates a reasonable expectation of readiness and professionalism. In this case, the repair did not even get off the ground

This company is fantastic - someone always answers the phone and reponds to your needs immediately. I had an appintment for Monday, 12/23 because I was having poblems with flushing miy toilet fbut Friday, 12/18 I was unable to flush it at all and called asking if they could come earlier - they were here in 20 minutes. They are so accommodating and pricing was the best. Thank you, Dale and Ale. - you are the best!!

Ale and Dave installed two water filters for microplastics and PAHs. The price was reasonable and though the installation in the basement seemed difficult, they make it seem easy. They worked hard and professionally and explained what I needed to do to change filters. I am very pleased with their work.

I had two bathrooms in my 1960 split level that needed to be completely replumbed. I received a free quote for the work. The price they quoted was the middle bid from the plumbers that I contacted. This is very much an old-school organization, and I mean that as a complement. I was always able to reach them on the phone. They are fastidious in their work, and were incredibly patient with me with regards to scheduling. They always showed up in the time frame that they promised. I had a complicated job working around existing old plumbing in my house, and they showed care in balancing costs between replacing versus retaining the old plumbing.
