PICA HVAC

The guy who comes to service our (two oil burning furnaces) is excellent and nice. They are clean, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure everything works great— all for a very decent and fair price. We even had a problem at an odd time on a weekend, and they were extremely responsive and took care of our problem immediately. They know their stuff for new and old equipment and we couldn’t be happier with their service!

I had Pica HVac to my home 5 x in order to fix issues with my heat. After the fifth time, I left a message for the owner to call me. He had his administrative staff call me and ask me what it was about. He has refused to call me back and is doesn’t stand by the work performed by his staff. I world NOT recommend this company for your HVAC needs.

Called to make an appointment to have my furnace looked at because it wasn’t working properly. They were very nice on the phone, and were able to come out relatively quickly which was great. The technician that came out was on time, and was very kind and professional. I could tell he had experience diagnosing furnaces that weren’t working properly. He tested a few things on my furnace, and advised the furnace needed to be moved to another part of the house in order for it to work properly. He took my email address and said they’d email me with an estimate in a few days, and that I owed $150 for him coming out. I paid the $150 on the spot, but never received a call or email about an estimate to fix the issue. Since I never heard back, I decided to call another company. That technician came

We have an R-22 older air handler and condenser fan. It failed and in the middle of summer we had no AC. We called Pica while we were on vacation. Before Pica, we had called several other companies. Everyone had said that if you fix the problem it may not last more than a month. As of this post, the repair work has held. Thank you Coudy (if spelled correctly) and the Pica team. You have earned my respect.
