I have repeatedly attempted to reach this company regarding a significant issue with the work they performed on my property. They left the hanger on the front of my garage unsupported, which is supposed to bear the weight of the brick facade above. Despite the issue being identified within the warranty period, they failed to return and address the problem. As a result, the front wall of my garage has begun to deteriorate, creating a dangerous situation that prevents me from allowing my children to play near it. I am highly disappointed with the lack of follow-up and the resulting safety hazard. I am currently in discussions with the Arkansas Construction Licensing Board and strongly encourage others facing similar issues to contact them and seek legal guidance. I would not recommend this c

I attempted to contact Pick-It and Lindsey management about damage to my truck after Pick-It replaced a portion of the pavement outside of my apartment. I was never notified about this construction job or else I would’ve moved my truck to a different spot prior to them doing the work. I took several photos the day of the incident with regards to my truck location and worksite. I finally got a call back from Pick-It after calling them. Lindsey never claimed responsibility(understandable). My truck is the silver GMC in the photos. Pick-It was using a jack hammer and heavy machinery right in front of my truck. Pick-It claimed that based off the “skid marks” in the parking lot from the skid steer and based off of doing the same job all over the country, that them damaging my windshield was n

I should have written this review like a year ago, but I kept putting it off. Pick-it did a FANTASTIC job building my house, and they did it during the pandemic while sticking to their quote. They were transparent, responsive, and professional. You hear a lot of horror stories about using general contractors, but none of those apply to Pick-it. I also want to give a shout-out to Bill McFerrin, the GC who worked on our house. He's a great guy and did a wonderful job keeping the train on the rails during the construction process. I recommend Pick-it to anyone who asks, and I'll use them again.

We love Pick- It Construction. If you want a contractor that you can work with these are your guys. Very flexible and approachable. Less red tape and a more laid back experience. I recommend them to anyone.
