They are insured and provide a thorough contract. He was unbelievably professional and communicated with us every step of the way. His prices were extremely reasonable and he and his assistant got to NY in record time. PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY I have used this company three times in the past. I used their services again in April of this year. After the move was complete, I turned on my flat-screen TV only to find a huge scratch on the screen. I called the owner, and he stated that he would make a claim through his insurance, and I should hear from them within a couple of days. It has been four months now and I finally received an email three weeks ago stating “your claim has been approved and we will be sending you $60.00 for your television.” I called the owner to inform him of my disappointment in the fact they thought $60.00 would be sufficient for breaking my television. I have not heard from the owner nor have I received the $60.00. This is such a disappointment with this company. Th

I had a very pleasant experience with this moving company. I was searching for a company on Craigslist for a small job and, only needed one mover. I spoke with the manager, James. James promptly scheduled me the next day with a mover named Jakobi. He was on time, professional, patient and, happy to help. I would highly recommend Pick Up N Go Movers!
