I received excellent service from Pickard Roofing Company. I had a leak around the flashing of a chimney and needed a quote for different options to either repair the leak or to replace the roof. I worked with Jonathan Heredos, who was very thorough in his assessment of my roof, he took his time to really assess the problem and its origins. Jonathan provided a couple of different options, did not push me in any direction and truly provided educational information to help me make the decision to replace my roof, ultimately. The total price was incredibly reasonable and they did not have any surprising fees when I received my invoice. I hired Pickard Roofing to replace all the roofs in my 30-year-old home in Chapel Hill. They replaced most of the roofs with new shingles, and they replaced on roof with metal roof. The whole preprocess was handled very professionally. They did all that they had promised within the budget that had quoted me. They were also very meticulous in terms of cleaning the debris. Pickard Roofing recently installed a new roof for me. The sales rep, Jonathan was professional and did estimate for me with quick turnaround. He kept me informed on my shingle order and schedule. Installers arrived on time and immediately got to work. I have never seen such an organized, efficient crew! My new roof is beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality of installation. After installation was complete the crew did cleanup. When they were done you wouldn’t have know they had been here if not for new roof. I definitely recommend Pickard Roofing.
