They do the snow removal in our senior complex & I have an attached double driveway with my neighbor & had absolutely no snow from the middle of my side of driveway to the garage when they were done they piled 2ft x 4ft high pile right in front of my driveway. Would never recommend them for snow removal thet SUCK

Be careful when dealing with Picture Perfect! We chose this company to do two handyman projects – remove a small section of chain link fence and repair a shed. When Joel, the Picture Perfect rep, was here we had shown him the shed, which needed extensive exterior work including new shingles, door repair, and paint. He didn’t write anything down while he was discussing this project but we thought he knew what we wanted. The description on the proposal we received read “Repair shed, remove rotted wood and dump. Replace with same material, outdoor bead board and paint. Install gravel, fabric, slate stepping stones in the front of the door”. We absolutely love our new retaining wall. Our wall was cracked, leaning forward, and ready to fall into our driveway. Fortunately, George and his crew came just in time and replaced it flawlessly in four days! George was knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. Had picture perfect install 6k worth of landscaping lighting at our house. At the time the cost was justified due to promised quality of the coastal source lights and lifetime warranty and workmanship warranty. They also mentioned they would come out if ever there was an issue. Unfortunately I had an issue with my path lights breaking. I called many, many times and spoke to front office staff and everyone pawned the responsibilities to someone else. In the end no one ever called back. Ultimately I was told by staff that they are too busy to deal with this and I should contact the manufacturer myself. Luckily the actual manufacturer coastal source has has been nothing but helpful and they profusely apologized for their dealers behavior and are sending out a replacement that I will install
